07 Is there a fee on top of the exchange rate?
SwapHub charges no extra fee on top of the displayed rate — our margin is already included in what you see. You'll also pay the network fee for ETC and gas on your chosen BTC network.
08 What happens if I send the wrong amount?
If you send less than the minimum, the order pauses and you can add a top-up. If you send more than the estimate, you'll automatically receive the extra ETC at the locked rate. Sending a different coin to the BTC address is recoverable but requires contacting support.
